You can offer your time as a Front-line Volunteer, a Shift Supervisor, or a Team Leader in one of the following areas:
- Registration
- Retail
- Traffic (motorcycle parking guide)
- Shuttle drivers/dispatchers

The Wharf Rat Rally provides shuttle service to our volunteers from parking areas or residences within Digby to your volunteer location. Please call 902.245.4263 for the shuttle dispatch.
This service would not be possible without the support of area car dealers and Enterprise Rent-a-Car who provide the vehicles, and registration revenues which provides the gas. Please thank our sponsors!
Many hands make light work.
With over 8,000 motorcycles and twenty thousand people over the five days leading up to Labour Day, the Rally couldn’t be possible without the help of volunteers.
Every year our team of volunteers grows – from 51 volunteers in 2011 to over 200 in 2018 (and a high of 303 in 2015).
Each and every volunteer is integral in the success of the Wharf Rat Rally, whether directing traffic, selling merchandise, taking registrations or running time trials.
We need you, please join us and volunteer for this year’s Wharf Rat Rally.
