Vendors

Vendors are a key part of the Wharf Rat Rally experience. From merchandise and motorcycle-related products to food, services, and unique displays, vendors help create the energy and atmosphere that defines Rally weekend in Digby.

Whether you’re a returning vendor or considering joining us for the first time, we’re always excited to work with businesses that want to connect with riders and visitors from across Atlantic Canada and beyond.

Why Become a Vendor?

The Wharf Rat Rally draws thousands of riders, visitors, and spectators into downtown Digby and the surrounding area. Vendor areas are positioned in high-traffic locations throughout the Rally footprint, creating strong visibility and engagement over the full weekend.

Vendors benefit from:

  • A passionate motorcycle-focused audience

  • A multi-day event with steady foot traffic

  • A welcoming, community-driven atmosphere

  • Opportunities to align with one of Atlantic Canada’s most established motorcycle rallies

Vendor Opportunities

Vendor spaces are available for a variety of businesses, including:

  • Motorcycle gear, apparel, and accessories
  • Custom builders and motorcycle-related services
  • Retail merchandise and specialty products
  • Food trucks and food vendors
  • Service providers and promotional partners

Vendor locations may include Vendor Alley, areas along the Rally footprint, and select activation spaces tied to Rally programming.

Interested in Becoming a Vendor?

Vendor registration for the upcoming Wharf Rat Rally is now open, and spaces are filling quickly.

Businesses interested in vending at the Rally are encouraged to apply early to secure placement within the Rally footprint. Vendor locations are assigned based on availability, space requirements, and overall event layout.

Whether you’re returning to Digby or joining us for the first time, vending at the Wharf Rat Rally offers direct access to a highly engaged audience of riders, visitors, and spectators over a full Rally weekend.

Vendor Booking & Site Requirements

Below you’ll find everything you need to know to secure your vendor space for the 2026 Wharf Rat Rally.

Site Reservations & Payments

  • Vendor site reservations are confirmed only once a 50% deposit on the total site cost and valid Proof of Exhibitor Insurance have been received.

  • Final payment is due by August 10, 2026.

  • Vendor applications received after August 1, 2026 will require full payment at the time of booking, along with Proof of Exhibitor Insurance, in order to confirm space.

When possible, exhibitors will be asked to select their preferred site(s) based on maps and information provided by the Rally organizers. Final placement is subject to availability and event layout considerations.

Power Access

Power has been pre-assigned to specific vendor spaces, and the cost of power is included in the site fee where applicable.

  • If you have two vendor spaces and only one includes power, you will have access to one outlet from the two-outlet fixture.

  • If you anticipate not using all available outlets, please let us know — this helps us accommodate neighboring vendors when possible.

To assist with planning and avoid outages, vendors are required to declare all power needs in advance, including any appliances or fixtures drawing electricity.

Vendor Spaces

The area of Admiral’s Walk is divided into zones.  You can click on each zone to find an interactive map of exhibit spaces.  Each space is priced individually based on size and obstructions.  Spaces are updated once per month between June and August as vendors are confirmed.

The spaces at the Marina are remaining at $400 for a 10′ x 10′ space (because that’s their actual size, there!) plus power as a separate charge. We have only a few spaces there, so no fancy map.
